Reporting a wrong cook time
This is the feedback we value most, and detail makes it actionable. If you can, include: the doneness you picked, your egg size, fridge-cold or room temperature, boiling or cold-water start, the method, roughly where you are (altitude matters), and what actually came out of the shell. “Jammy, large, fridge, boiling start, sea level — yolk came out fully set” is a perfect bug report.
Everything else
Bugs, feature ideas, a city missing from the altitude list, a question no page answers — all welcome. If you’re writing about a partnership or advertising, say so in the subject line so it’s routed right.
We usually reply pretty quickly—often within a few hours, though weekends may take a little longer. There’s no phone number because there are, honestly, not that many egg emergencies.
